Albert Loeschhorn (1819 - 1905),  list of works
At one time a student of Ludwig Berger, Carl Albert Loeschhorn did not become established as a performer until he teamed up with the Stahlknecht brothers. With Loeschhorn on piano, the trio became celebrated for their superb chamber-music performances. Soon after, Loeschhorn began to publish his own compositions - some of them written for the ensemble, but most simply for the sake of it. His few pedagogical works remain popular.
