Wladislaw Zelenski (1837 - 1921),  list of works
Celebrated in his own day as a teacher, conductor, and composer, Wladislaw Zelenski was dedicated not merely to the creation of new music but also to its dissemination. At different times in his life, he served as the director of both the Warsaw and Krakow music societies. That being the case, fate's treatment of him seems cruel: many of his symphonies and operas were never published, and no manuscript copies of them survive.
